How to View Your Financial Reports as a Landlord

Navigate to the Financials page from your Landlord Dashboard.

Review the charts section showing monthly income, expenses, and net income over time. [SCREENSHOT NEEDED HERE]
Review the per-property financial breakdown showing performance metrics for each property.

⚠️ Heads up: You can only view financial data for your own properties. Data from other landlords is not accessible.

If needed, access the Owner Financials page for additional owner-specific financial views.

What to expect

The financial reports page loads with charts rendered, summary cards showing correct totals, and only data for your own properties displayed.

Symptom	Cause	Fix
Charts do not render	Data may not be available for the selected period	Verify that your properties have financial data for the displayed period.
No properties shown	Your PM connection may not be active	Contact your Property Manager to verify your connection status.
