How Session Timeout Works

Sign in and navigate to your dashboard.

Leave the browser idle for the configured session timeout period. Your JWT access token expires after this period of inactivity.

After the idle period, attempt any action such as selecting a navigation link or submitting a form.

What to expect
Your session token expires. When you attempt an action, the system detects the expired token and redirects you to the sign-in page. You must sign in again to continue.
