How to Accept a Lease Renewal Proposal

Navigate to your Lease page on the Tenant Dashboard.

Locate the renewal proposal banner displaying the proposed terms, including the new rent amount and term length.

Select Accept on the renewal proposal.
⚠️ Heads up: Once you accept, the renewal is finalised with the proposed terms. Review the rent amount and term length carefully before accepting.
