How to Decline a Lease Renewal Proposal

Navigate to your Lease page on the Tenant Dashboard and view the active renewal proposal.

Select Decline on the renewal proposal.
⚠️ Heads up: Declining the renewal proposal is final. Your lease will expire on its current end date and will not be renewed. The Property Manager is notified of your decision.
- Verify that the Property Manager receives a notification of the decline and that your lease continues on its current terms.
