How to Withdraw a Vacate Notice

Navigate to your Tenant Dashboard.
Locate the Vacate Notice banner displayed on the dashboard. The banner shows a submitted status badge and your intended move-out date.

⚠️ Heads up: The banner only appears when a vacate notice exists and has not been withdrawn. If the banner is not visible, you do not have an active submitted vacate notice.

Review the vacate notice details, including the move-out date and reason category.
Select Withdraw on the vacate notice banner.

What to expect

The vacate notice is cancelled. The banner disappears from your dashboard. Your lease continues as normal on its current terms.

Symptom	Cause	Fix
Withdraw button is not visible	Your vacate notice status is not “submitted” or you are not viewing as a tenant	Verify the notice status on your lease page. Only submitted notices can be withdrawn.
Withdraw button is disabled	A withdrawal request is already in progress	Wait for the current request to complete. The button re-enables when the operation finishes.
