How to Delete a Property
- Navigate to Properties from the sidebar to open the properties list page.

Locate the property and select the Delete (trash icon) button on the property card or table row.
⚠️ Heads up: Properties with an active lease cannot be deleted. The Delete button appears disabled with the tooltip “Cannot delete — active lease exists.”

A confirmation dialog appears. Review the warning, then select Delete to confirm.
- The property is permanently removed from your account and the properties list updates.
What to expect
The property is removed from your properties list. A success toast confirms the deletion.
