How Plan Limits Are Enforced

Attempt to add a property when you have already reached the 20-door limit on the Starter plan.

A Property Limit Reached dialog appears, showing your current usage, plan name, and an Upgrade button linking to the billing page.
⚠️ Heads up: You cannot add more properties until you upgrade your plan or remove existing properties.

Invite 2 team members successfully, then attempt to invite a 3rd team member.

An upgrade prompt appears, indicating the user limit has been reached. The 3rd invite is blocked.

What to expect
When the property limit is reached, the add-property action is blocked and an upgrade dialog is displayed. When the user limit is reached, additional team member invites are blocked and an upgrade prompt is shown.
