How to View Your Credit Balance

View your credit balance on the dashboard. The current credit amount displays in the top navigation bar.
Review the credit cost badges on features throughout the platform. Badges display Free in green for zero-cost features and N Credits in amber for features that require credits, with a coin icon.
When you use a feature that costs credits (for example, generating a virtual tour), one credit is deducted from your balance. The deduction appears in your credit transaction history.
View your credit transaction history to see all transactions: purchases, usage for virtual tours and AI listings, and refunds. The history is paginated.
View your credit usage summary broken down by feature type: Virtual Tour, AI Description, and others.

What to expect

Your credit balance, transaction history, and usage summary are visible on your dashboard. Feature cost badges clearly indicate which features require credits. Only Property Managers, Landlords, and PM team members can view credits.

Credit balance not visible	You are not a Property Manager or Landlord	Only PMs and Landlords have credit balances.
Balance appears incorrect	Recent transaction not yet synced	Refresh the page and check your transaction history.
Transaction history is empty	No credit transactions exist	History populates after your first credit purchase or usage.
