How to Generate a Lease from an Approved Application
- Navigate to Applications from the PM dashboard sidebar.
- Select an application with Approved status to open the application detail sheet.

- Select the Generate Lease button to open the lease creation dialog.

Complete the lease form fields:
- Start date (defaults to the desired move-in date)
- End date (defaults to 1 year after the start date)
- Monthly rent
- Security deposit
- Rent due day
⚠️ Heads up: The start date is required. The end date must be after the start date. Monthly rent must be greater than 0. Security deposit must be 0 or more.

Select Generate to create the draft lease.
What to expect
The draft lease appears in the Leasing section.
Need help?
