How to Generate a Virtual Tour

Navigate to the Virtual Tours page.

Verify your Credit Balance is at least 30. If insufficient, select Buy Credits to purchase additional credits.
⚠️ Heads up: A credit balance below 30 prevents tour generation. Purchase credits before proceeding.

Open a property and select the Virtual Tours tab.

Choose the Tour Mode: full (15+ images required) or highlight (8+ images required).
⚠️ Heads up: Full mode requires a minimum of 15 images. Highlight mode requires a minimum of 8 images. The form rejects submissions that do not meet these counts.

Select Upload Images and upload your property images. Maximum 10MB per file. Allowed formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC.
⚠️ Heads up: Files larger than 10MB or in unsupported formats are rejected. Ensure all images meet the format and size requirements before uploading.

Optional: Choose a narration Voice from the available voices.

Select Generate Virtual Tour to start tour generation.

Observe the tour status displaying Processing. The page auto-polls for status updates.

When the status changes to Completed, the tour video is available for viewing.
What to expect
The tour status transitions from pending to processing, then to completed. 30 credits are deducted from your balance. A success toast displays “Tour generation complete!” and the tour video URL becomes available.
