How to Generate an AI Listing for a Property

Open the property detail page for the property you want to create a listing for.
Select Generate Listing. [SCREENSHOT NEEDED HERE]
Review the AI Listing Dialog that opens, displaying the property address and generation options. [SCREENSHOT NEEDED HERE]
Select Generate to produce AI listing content.

⚠️ Heads up: You can refine the generated listing a maximum of 2 times. Exceeding this limit returns an error.

Browse through the multiple AI-generated listing variants for different target personas. [SCREENSHOT NEEDED HERE]
To adjust the listing content, enter a refinement instruction in the Refinement Instruction field (for example, “More professional tone”).
Select Save and Publish to make the listing live on the public Browse Properties page.

What to expect

The AI generates a headline, description, key features, nearby highlights, and a call to action. Multiple variants are available for different personas. Once published, the listing appears on the Browse Properties page and is visible to guests.
