How to Handle an AI Feature Timeout

Navigate to the Virtual Tours page.

Select Generate Virtual Tour when the AI service is slow or unavailable.
⚠️ Heads up: You must have sufficient credits to trigger generation. The minimum is 15 images for full tour mode and 8 images for highlight mode.
- A loading indicator appears. The indicator does not spin indefinitely — after a reasonable wait, a clear failure message appears.

- Verify your credit balance is unchanged. Credits are not charged for the failed generation.
What to expect
A loading indicator appears during the generation attempt. After the timeout, a clear failure message is displayed. Credits are not deducted from your balance. The tour is not marked as completed.
