How to Perform Minor Lease Actions

Navigate to the Leasing section of the PM dashboard.

Select an active lease row to open its detail sheet. [SCREENSHOT NEEDED HERE]

Select Send Payment Reminder to notify the tenant of an upcoming or overdue payment.
⚠️ Heads up: A payment reminder sends an immediate notification to the tenant. Verify the lease and payment status before sending.

Select the add co-tenant icon (UserPlus) on the active lease detail, then enter the co-tenant’s email address.
⚠️ Heads up: Adding a co-tenant grants the co-tenant access to the lease and property information. Confirm the co-tenant’s email is correct before adding.

- Browse the additional lease detail tabs for other minor actions:
- Lifecycle — View and manage lease lifecycle events
- Renewal — Handle renewal negotiation
- Offboarding — Manage tenant offboarding
- Eviction — Process eviction workflows
- Security Deposit — Manage deposit status
What to expect
- The payment reminder notification is sent to the tenant.
- The co-tenant is added and visible on the lease detail.
- You can access all lease management functions through the detail tabs.
