How to Respond to an Overdue Rent Notification

The system automatically detects when a rent payment passes its due date unpaid.
The Tenant receives an overdue payment alert via in-app notification and email.

What to expect

Both the Tenant and the Property Manager are notified of the overdue rent. The notification type is “rent_overdue” during the grace period or “rent_overdue_critical” after the grace period has passed.
