How to Upgrade or Downgrade a PM Subscription

Navigate to Billing settings.

To upgrade, select Upgrade to Growth.
⚠️ Heads up: Upgrading activates new features and limits immediately. Verify the new billing amount before confirming.

To downgrade, select Downgrade to Starter.
⚠️ Heads up: A summary of what will change is shown before confirming. Growth-only features will be removed, but your data is preserved in a read-only state. Review the summary carefully.
What to expect
For an upgrade: Growth features are available immediately with new limits (5 users, door-based pricing) and billing applied. For a downgrade: a summary of changes is displayed before confirmation. Growth-only features are removed and data is preserved.
