How to Handle Credit Edge Cases

When you have 0 credits, select Generate Virtual Tour.
⚠️ Heads up: You need sufficient credits to generate a tour. The minimum is 15 images for full tour mode and 8 images for highlight mode.
- An Insufficient credits message appears. The tour generation is blocked and a purchase call-to-action is shown.

When you have 1 credit and attempt an action costing 2 credits, the action is blocked before starting. No partial credit deduction occurs.

If a generation fails due to an AI timeout or service error, the credit is returned to your balance. The tour is not marked as completed.
What to expect
Zero-credit attempts are blocked with an “Insufficient credits” message and purchase CTA. Partial-credit attempts are blocked with no deduction. On AI failure, credits are refunded and the tour remains incomplete.
